Made in an absorbent fabric with a gripped underside to prevent slipping, it’s perfect for our infrared heated room classes. 
Shaped with a dome at the top to match the outline of our Bala Play Mat, but slightly smaller in size than the mat to allow grippy contact with the mat for your toes and finger tips in plank and pike.
