Cancellation Policy

At Dopamine Movement, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We ask that you please read and follow our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone.

Class Cancellations

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Window:

    • We kindly ask that you cancel your class booking at least 12 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. This allows others the opportunity to reserve a spot.

    • No-show or Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled class or fail to show up, you will be charged for the class or have a class credit deducted from your selected package.​

  • How to Cancel:

    • Cancellations can be made easily via our website or through the booking platform, VibeFam. If you experience any issues, please contact us directly at contact@dopaminemovement.com.​

​

  • Waitlist Policy:

    • If you are on the waitlist and do not secure a spot in the class, you will not be charged for that session.

    • If you are moved from the waitlist to a confirmed spot and do not attend, the no-show policy applies.

Private Event Cancellations

  • Cancellation Notice for Private Events:

    • To ensure adequate preparation, we require at least 7 days' notice for cancellations of private event bookings.

    • Less than 7 Days' Notice: If a private event is canceled within 7 days of the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • No-Show for Private Events:

    • ​If a private event booking is not canceled and no one shows up, the full event fee will be charged.

Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Class Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule your class, please cancel your current booking and rebook for another time. The same cancellation policy will apply when cancelling a class for rescheduling purposes.

  • Private Event Rescheduling:

    • ​If you need to reschedule a private event, please inform us at least 4 weeks in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you based on our schedule and availability.
