Refund Policy
At Dopamine Movement, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure you’re fully informed of our refund process. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
Classes

No Refunds for Classes Within 12 Hours of Class:

Due to the nature of our class-based services, we do not offer refunds for individual classes if the individual is unable to cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled class timing.

Credits for Exceptional Circumstances:

If you are unable to attend a class due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us within 7 days of the missed session. We may offer a credit for the missed class that can be used toward a future booking.

Class Rescheduling:

We do not offer refunds for rescheduled classes. However, you can cancel your booking and rebook for another time. 12-hour window for cancellation will still apply.

Private Events

Cancellation by Client:

If you cancel your private event 7 days or more in advance, you will receive a full refund.

If the private event is canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the event fee will be refunded.

If a private event is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date or is a no-show, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Dopamine Movement:

In the rare event that we need to cancel your private event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or emergency), we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the event at a later date, whichever you prefer.

Workshops & Special Programs

Refunds for Workshops:
-
Refunds for workshops and special programs are offered only if the customer has canceled their booking at least 7 days prior to the event date. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

If a workshop or program booking is canceled by the customer less than 7 days before the start date, we offer a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event.​​

Payment Processing Fees
Please note that any payment processing fees or charges that were incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

Provide your booking details, including the date, class or event name, and the reason for your refund request.

Our staff may request for any additional documents that may be relevant based on the type of booking.
