At Dopamine Movement, we’ve got a variety of mat-based workouts that are perfect for all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or already a pro, each class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling great after every session. Whatever your fitness goals are, we’ve got something for you.

Bodyweight Tone (Infrared/Non-heated)

Ready to feel strong from the ground up? This full-body burner uses just your bodyweight, with slow, controlled moves and juicy isometric holds that fire up every muscle - equipment optional. Perfect for beginners or anyone craving a solid reset, this class builds real strength and deep control at a feel-good pace. Think uplifting beats, empowering vibes, and that post-class glow that hits different.

Sculpt 
(Infrared/Non-heated)

A rhythmic, full-body workout that blends strength and flow using signature BALA gear. Move through a dynamic sequence of controlled pulses, powerful holds, and tempo shifts that challenge balance, coordination, and endurance. Each beat-driven set is designed to sculpt, sweat, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Expect a fluid burn with just the right resistance in all the right places.

Sculpt STRONG
(non-heated)

Been to our Sculpt classes but looking for more? Move with more intention as we raise the bar (literally) in this stronger class type. Expect to weld the Bala Power Ring (10lbs) or Beam (14lbs) in this class, building stronger bones and muscles. Recommended for those who have attended at least 3 regular Sculpt classes. If you've been thinking of hitting the weights but intimidated by the thoughts of an 8kg dumb bell or 20kg bar in gym, here's where to start. 

Arms & Abs
(Infrared/Non-heated)

Fire up your upper body with this targeted sculpt session that zeroes in on your arms, upper back, shoulders, and core. Using sleek BALA gear, we combine controlled strength work, mobility drills, and tempo-based movement to build power and definition. Common “side effect” of this class is a better posture. 
Expect to stand taller and lighter.

Hips & Glutes
(Infrared/Non-heated)

Unlock tight hips, fire up sleepy glutes, and build strength where it matters most. This lower-body focused class targets your powerhouse with resistance-based sculpting, mobility drills, and slow-burn sequences using BALA gear. Whether you’re a runner, cyclist, or desk-sitter—this class is your antidote to stiffness and your secret weapon for strong, supported movement.
