Yes — our infrared heated mat pilates classes are suitable for all fitness levels. The infrared heat is directed to our bodies to boost circulation much like in Sauna, unlike traditional conventional heaters that heat up the air, making it hard to breathe. Our instructors guide modifications for beginners throughout every class.

What should I wear to an infrared heated sculpt class?

Wear light, breathable activewear. Because the studio uses infrared heat, you will sweat more than a regular pilates class — moisture-wicking fabrics are recommended. Towels are mandatory for heated classes, you may rent for $1 in studio too. Grip socks are optional.
