How can I book a class?

We have 2 main options: Our website, or on the VibeFam mobile app.

On our website, head to the "Schedule" page to see the classes available for booking. Each class will require 1 class credit per pax. Class credits can be purchased on our "Pricing" page. You will need to create an account or log in to an existing one.

On the VibeFam mobile app, you should be able to see our studio once you have created an account and logged in. As always, you will require 1 class credit per pax to book a class.

Update: We are now also available on ClassPass!

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of mat-based classes designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall mobility. Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, our classes cater to all levels. Check out the tab above on Class Types for details!

We also offer customised classes, pop-ups (song or muscle themed), and private 1-1 classes for those who need more attention and space.

What should I bring to class?

All you really need is an appropriate outfit for working out in, and a water bottle! Grip socks are fully optional!

We provide mats, towels and other equipment such as Bala weights for specific classes. If you prefer to bring your own mat, feel free to do so.

For Infrared Heated Classes, mat towels are mandatory! The towel show cover at least 70% of the mat. If you forget, you may rent one from us in studio for $1.

How long is each class?

All classes are planned to take 45 minutes. 
Don't worry you'll still sweat a bucket.

Each class is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that works on our core focus areas of mobility, strength and flexibility.

Question 5

Can beginners attend your classes?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We welcome students of all levels. If you're new to workouts similar to mat Pilates, we recommend pointing it out to our instructors. Our instructors will try their best to provide suitable modifications and alternatives to ensure that you feel comfortable while getting the most out of the session.

We recommend beginners to start with our 
Bodyweight Tone, Arms & Abs or Hips & Glutes class before tackling Sculpt/Sculpt STRONG.

If you’re concerned the class might feel too challenging, don’t worry! You’re welcome to pause and take a breather anytime you need. Remember—this is your class.

Question 6

Do I need any prior experience in Pilates or Yoga?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, and we provide guidance and modifications for both beginners and more advanced participants.

Do, however, inform our instructor prior to the class so they can pace/give necessary cues to help you.

Question 7

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Accepted Answer

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please ensure you've been cleared by your doctor to attend the class. Inform the instructor before class. Our team can offer modifications to help you practice safely and effectively.

Should you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, stop immediately and notify the instructor. Please ensure that you are medically fit to participate before attending class.

Pregnant clients are not allowed for Infrared Heated classes. This is for the safety of mama & baby ♡.

Can I attend a class without booking in advance?

For now, we only allow bookings in advance to secure your spot. If you have trouble booking a class, feel free to write to us at contact@dopaminemovement.com or message us on Instagram @dopaminemovement.

Walk-ins will be turned away if classes are full. To avoid wasting your time, we ask you to kindly book us in advance

What happens if I miss a class I booked?

If you miss a class without canceling in advance (12 hours prior), you will be charged for the session. For medical reasons or emergencies kindly write in to contact@dopaminemovement.com or DM us on instagram.

Question 10

How do I cancel or reschedule a class?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel or reschedule your class booking through our website up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. After that, cancellations or changes will not be possible, and the class will be charged. If you have any trouble doing so, please reach out to us at contact@dopaminemovement.com

How do I know which class is right for me?
