Frequently asked questions
We have 2 main options: Our website, or on the VibeFam mobile app.
On our website, head to the "Schedule" page to see the classes available for booking. Each class will require 1 class credit per pax. Class credits can be purchased on our "Pricing" page. You will need to create an account or log in to an existing one.
On the VibeFam mobile app, you should be able to see our studio once you have created an account and logged in. As always, you will require 1 class credit per pax to book a class.
Update: We are now also available on ClassPass!
We offer a variety of mat-based classes designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall mobility. Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, our classes cater to all levels.
All you really need is an appropriate outfit for working out in, and a water bottle! We provide mats, towels and other equipment such as Bala weights for specific classes. If you prefer to bring your own mat, feel free to do so. For heated classes, we highly recommend bringing your own towel to wipe off your sweat.
All classes are planned to take 45 minutes. Each class is designed to provide a comprehensive workout that works on our core focus areas of mobility, strength and flexibility.
Absolutely! We welcome students of all levels. If you're new to workouts similar to mat Pilates, we recommend pointing it out to our instructors. Our instructors will try their best to provide suitable modifications and alternatives to ensure that you feel comfortable while getting the most out of the session. If you’re concerned the class might feel too challenging, don’t worry! You’re welcome to pause and take a breather anytime you need. Remember—this is your class.
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, and we provide guidance and modifications for both beginners and more advanced participants.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please inform the instructor before class. Our team can offer modifications to help you practice safely and effectively. Should you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, stop immediately and notify the instructor. Please ensure that you are medically fit to participate before attending class.
For now, we only allow bookings in advance to secure your spot. If you have trouble booking a class, feel free to write to us at contact@dopaminemovement.com or message us on Instagram @dopaminemovement.
Walk-ins will be turned away if classes are full. To avoid wasting your time, we ask you to kindly book us in advance
If you miss a class without canceling in advance (12 hours prior), you will be charged for the session and have the class credit used to be deducted. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details on class cancellations and no-show charges.
You can cancel or reschedule your class booking through our website up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. After that, cancellations or changes will not be possible, and the class will be charged. If you have any trouble doing so, please reach out to us at contact@dopaminemovement.com
